HELLO, I’M EMMA!

After 15 years in a mentally demanding career, raising a family, building a business, and navigating life’s challenges, I realised I was in survival mode — giving, doing, and being strong for everyone except myself.

The stress, anxiety, and emotional baggage finally caught up with me, but that breaking point became my biggest breakthrough.

I help high-achieving mums, juggling kids, family responsibilities, and endless expectations — release anxiety, clear limiting beliefs, and reconnect with what truly matters to them. Based in Townsville, I offer both in-person and online support.

Through Conscious Hypnosis, NLP, Timeline Therapy, and practical coaching tools, I help you get to the root of what’s holding you back — fast, effectively, and in a way that lasts.
