Because overwhelm isn’t who you are, it’s a pattern you’ve learned.
And patterns can be changed.
I learnt this the hard way. I used to sit there thinking, why does everything feel so heavy all the time?
Why am I constantly overwhelmed, overthinking, and on edge, even when nothing is actually wrong?
And then it clicked. I wasn’t really in control of how I was showing up. I was running patterns, saying yes when I was already stretched, carrying everyone else’s load, and living in constant mental noise.

From the outside it looked like I had it together, but internally I was exhausted. What changed everything was realising there wasn’t something wrong with me, there was a pattern running the show. And patterns can be changed.
There is an easier way to do this. A way where you’re not stuck in survival mode, where you feel calm, clear, and in control of yourself, not just your life.
That’s what led me here. This is the work I do now.
